• Request is raised within 7 days of delivery

• Items damaged due to misuse

• Personalized or energized items (on request)

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
